Very simple, don't go to Aberdeen again. They are not forcing you.

BTW, the parkade at President Mall is also quite tight.

Even I head to Richmond almost once a week, I haven't been to Aberdeen Centre for almost half a year, mostly because I hate driving inside that parkade in the weekend...

BTW, regarding that parkade, I think they have under-estimated/overseen those stupid C9 crazy driving habits in their design...

I know his dad was partners with Kwok brothers' dad and Lee Shau Kee.
His family is still in the Hong Kong trading brokerage business. But are they still in Hong Kong real estate?
