Have you been to Sanifar? Their food is alright. (not bad not super good) But the beds upstairs are great for girls-nite. Same group running Italian Kitchen, Global and Coast.

呢間餐館係食法國菜，地點好怪，地方好細但係好好食
我食過佢嘅crab cake, 羊架，都好好食
不可不提嘅係佢嘅cheese cake，,一d都唔漏，直得推介
仲有我上次食咗個goat cheese ice-cream，好特別，好好味
不過個waitress話唔係日日有，因為個大廚會因應當時嘅材料嚟整不同嘅ice-cream

Chinese chefs can be good too. But Henry's Kitchen got mixed reivew... Actually me and all of my foodies friends heard of this place but none of us have been there.

Acutally Ganache and Gastropod both have Chinese chefs. (but don't expect them to speak Chinese )

not saying Chinese chefs are bad, they just too easy to change the recipe to suit a bunch of people thus lost the originality. I don't like fusion.
