There was a screen at the back of the stage. The video of him was only projected onto that screen, not those TVs which only played cheap video jumpbacks.

Also replying someone's question about the audio... yes I was 2nd row and i sat right in front of the speaker... it was horrible. But I can still hear Hin's voice pretty well.

I seriously doubt that he was catching a flight out to YYZ last night: last one out was scheduled to leave at 2230 (1030pm) and if he did an encore at around 2135 (0935pm), got changed, got driven to the airport, checked in , ran to the gate without any security hassle.... you get the picture...
Now if he flew via private jet, time should not have been an issue.
