In reality like Pacific Centre, cars sometime go the wrong way.

Like my prof said:

You can have all kinds of designs with perfect instructions of how to follow.
At the end, your design results are up to the people who are using it.
It's very likely at least half of them will not read any signs which used to direct them.
So, it is the best to have a big safe "tolerance" in your desgin and let them do whatever they wanted.

This also includes other nations and cultures.

Prelude

Single lanes works good in Japan maybe and some downtown areas.  It will be a worse chaos for rich c9s in Richmond.

Chinatown parking works well in this pattern.  Why not in Richmond?

Half a year ago I've seen a funny scene outside a dim sum place parkade (single lane parkade with only 1 entrance and 1 exit on No 3 road)...

1. C9 "A" driving her new Porsche SUV into the "exit" of the parkade
2. C9 "B" driving her Mercedes SUV preparing to leave the parkade
3. C9 "A" has her brake on, seems like waiting rest of the car(s) to backup
4. C9 "B" has her brake on also, awaiting C9 "A" to backup on No.3
5. This situation keeps on going for at least 10 minutes. Within the time frame those 2 C9's just keep starring at each other, passengers are yelling, etc...

yeah, it works well in Chinatown. But people blame it on Chinese C9s.
Are Chinatown C9s better drivers than Richmond C9s?

In my experience, if one C9 "can" drive to Chinatown means she is not THAT bad...
