i do not like to go to shang hai 1 jek ding...  

i know many ppl say their food is good.. but to me..  ya.. it's ok.. but not spectacularly good..     no one dish really attract me to go there to eat..   

the reason i went there the last few times was only my family wanna go there...    however, since the bad service we received last time..  my family probably not gonna go there any more.

to me... it's not just a "problem" of the service... it is that those servers don't even have any respect to customer..   the way they talk and response, as well as the attitude..    oh well.  just my own experience lar..

yeah, there was always a queue there. The Shanghai food there is among the best in Richmond. But now since, Wu Shang is open(at where Also was), a lot of people go there instead. Wu Shang is even better I think.

Totally agree, the service is really bad, even last time I made a reservation, still need to wait 45 min

we went there for lunch today..

services and food are sucks

piss me off..

we ordered:

extremely spicy chicken wings--- extremely spicy..

honey wings--- tasteless..

lamb skewers--- taste aweful.. small chewy meat with alot of cinamon ..

but they put all the skewers on same plate.. make all the food taste extremely spicy.. make me can't breath.. and asked her for ice water right away.. 'cuz I just only order one hot wings for my boyfriend.. but she took forever to give us drinks, included us.. just only 3 tables there around 1pm.. it's death.. nobody there at all

pork bone hot pot.. huh... alot of bones.. but too oily

pan fried dumpling..

seasame cake.. aweful

the bill come up $50 + tips for 4 of us..

wont go again .. for sure..  dirty floor, dineware and bad services and food there

This place is full of people all the time, that is why you need to wait. People still go despite of the wait.
