As much as I like Dryers it is not worth the trip to go down to the States specifically for that. I do think Island Farms is a good alternative. Hagan Daz is a bit pricy and Ben & Jerry's is too sweet.
Oh...just to be consistent with the posts in the last few pages....
I have no problem spending $ in the States and I don't complain about the price of goods in Canada.
I am grateful to my upbringing (HK), my home country (Canada) and my #1 vacation country (US)....and I don't see any contradictory issues with having them in my life.
I live in the Metro Vancouver area...and I have no problem finding a decent job with the gov't.
