this happened to my friend
she was the first one showed up at work since she has an early conference call. she was a little bit late, so she entered the bank and ran to her office and used her phone & computer to sign up for conference call right away. few minutes later, she went to make a coffee. when she stepped out her office, she saw her co-worker was quietly open the main door and there were few sdu behind her co-worker. everyone was freeze for couple seconds. the sdu walked in and took her out. then they question her.
sdu: anyone else in the bank? are you safe?
employee: yes, what happens?
sdu: you stay here? (then they search the bank)
employee: what happens?
co-worker: the alarm was on and the alarm company call few people at the branch but no one picked up the phone? why didn't you pick up the phone? did you cancel the alarm?
employee: oh shxxx. i forgot to cancel the alarm. and i was on a conference call so i didn't know they just call me. why we need to use the "silent alarm".
co-worker: the alarm company called the police. the police thought you are hold as hostage so they sent the sdu here. the roads around the bank were block. you will be famous soon.
but when she talked to other co-workers at different branches, she found out she was not the only, but she was the only one got sdu instead of police.
Tiffiant: the bank called police because the stupid retard client threatened to kill us, not customer call police to get a refund
Tofu: Similar thing happened to my ex-coworker. The bank just set up a new alarm system, and my co-worker forgot about that. Of coruse he missed the silient alarm. Few minutes later, he was surrounded by cops pointing guns at him! ha ha
Before I worked in my restaurant, right before the restaurant (food court) was closing every night, there was always one guy came over the restaurant asking if we can give him free food. Out of good heart and we did not keep vegetables overnight and we gave him the vegetables. The next day, he came again. this time he got greedy and asked if we can give him some meat items. And the next day, he asked for free soups. He even kept on asking us to put more meat item in it... geeezzz.
