actually I would say stick with the kit lens until you know what you want.....
I used my kit for 2yrs until last summer

I think those lenses price range at least starting from $200 or 300

telephoto lens is for shooting things far away

Stay with your kit lens for the 1st half year. After you get used with the camera, then get yourself some medium priced primes along with a flash. You can have very good results on low light environment.

For Canon 1.6 crop body, price for used prime lens ~$350-450, you can have Canon EF 28mm f1.8, Sigma 30mm f1.4, Canon EF 50mm f1.8 Mk 1 (it's only $180 used), Canon EF 50mm f1.4, Sigma 50mm f1.4, or even, a Canon EF-S 60mm f2.8 Macro.

I won't recommend 50mm f1.8 Mk 2 for you, it's all plastic except the lens part, based on YOUR good record, stay away from it...

35mm f2.0 maybe another good pick, but on a crop body, I would rather go for one that is <30mm and the other ~50mm.

For 'L' grade primes, I think it's a waste to use them on "crops" except for long range telephoto.

For telephotos, it may not be an urgent requirement except satisfying yourself of becoming a "SLR" guy... At the beginning, you can get yourself a EFS 55-250 IS. I started mine using a Tamron 28-200 f3.8-5.6, after playing for couple weeks (suffering...), I finally get myself a Canon EF 70-200 F4 IS USM and never turn back again. (Right now I'm still a happy kid...)
