Then you went to the wrong place for 咖喱. Their curry isn't that famous. Like 布小熊 said, I rated it as a normal HK style cafe and still there are better choices around.
Few years ago, we went to 咖喱皇 and my wife ordered the curry chicken disk. The chicken meet was pink and still had blood. When we asked the server to fully cook the dish, the server insist that the chef purposely cooked it that way so that the chicken is soft and that's acceptable. What a BS. |
