ISIS: 好多謝來自你地既回覆！

依小弟愚見，如果人人渣住既都係一張actual 飛我相信可以避免左排長龍既情況出現，box office o係 530pm 開真係幫唔到d 咩，果陣好多人先岩岩放工，仲要唔係個個人都係o係downtown 住/返工。如果人人都有一張真正既飛，好似去睇戲咁，咁觀眾遲到就係佢地自己既問題，大會真係可以唔使等準時開場。

我果晚都預左時間早d 到，點知都依然排到傻左，終於入到THE CENTRE 果度既職員同換飛既朋友講你地仲有十分鐘時間，叫換飛既朋友搵多d 人黎幫手，事關個鬼婆講D 人仲係排到去ROBSON！如果我有一張actual飛，我真係晨早就入左場唔使等！呢一part 真係混亂到不得了，唔知你地點睇﹖

I think the general public appreciates your reply to their complaints. But these are all not legitimate reasons as to why the concert was so unsuccessful. They are excuses, not reasons. You, as the organizer, is still responsible.

If the organizer knew that Hins agreed to sing at the Toronto festival, why was the concert arranged on this date and not a day earlier? Alright, to be fair, there may be many issues factored into this. But if you signed Hins onto doing a concert here, the organizer should have made prior arrangements to ensure that he had sufficient time to perform at the concert AND transport to Toronto to perform the next day. You pay this guy big money to do this, I don't think there isn't a way you can sign some kind of contract to ensure the number of songs he sings, the amount of time he must put into rehearsals or details of his traveling arrangements, etc. KNOWING he already signed on to do the Toronto festival beforehand, already put your organizer at more fault. Because the Toronto festival should've been factored into all his arrangements. There is no excuse as to why your organizer couldn't have avoided it.

And what is this about blaming the audience for arriving "late"? Where "late" means arriving just before the concert starts to exchange for the ticket. First of all, the receipt-exchange-ticket scheme is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Why on earth would you induce this scheme anyway? What good does it do? Second of all, arriving just before the concert is legitimate for the audience. Because it is only fair that I arrive at the time of the concert (time written on ticket), it is not fair that I have to come 2 hours earlier to exchange for a ticket because some airheads came up with a stupid ticket exchange idea. In this case, it is also the organizer's responsibility to notify the audience that they must arrive earlier to exchange for the ticket. (I'm not sure if this is emphasized enough, was it printed on the "preliminary ticket"?) Anyhow, my point is... MediaOne..this is YOUR fault. Don't point the finger at the audience.

I just want to respond about the late pick-up.  Well, it's true that Fido had informed us that we could pick up our tickets at 5:30pm.  However, on that day (Jan. 23rd), I phoned the Center, and asked for early pick-up, the receptionist clearly told me that the earliest time for pick-up is "7:00pm" as the Center wouldn't have those tickets until 7:00pm.  That's why, I pick up my tickets at 7:30pm!

As an audience, 我好滿意整晚的演出, 軒仔直頭係超好水凖, 聽到耳油都出晒, 氣氛好, 觀眾投入, 情禇異相高漲, 就係一個咁 stupid嘅 HK Agent 搞喎晒, 真係唔抵, 我亦有朋友係後台做嘢, 睇住軒仔嘅 agent 係咁扯佢走, 個個都不知所措, 我心諗俾軒仔 Encore 多一隻歌, 大家就無咁唔 happy 咯!其實又無明文規定或 standard 每個show做幾耐, 歸根結底就係個 concert 好睇, 先至嫌短, 唔好睇嘅話, 走都走唔切啦! 希望各位 audience 可以包容體諒, 鬧人踩人容乜易呀!唔駛咁勞氣嘅!軒仔又唔係無嚟, 回咩水呢! 溫哥華已經越來越少 concert 睇啦!我地係咪要 appreciate Media One 帶張敬軒俾我地睇呢? 我都好贊成 HK agent 發表下聲名, 人地真係俾你累死呀1
