know-it-all Lik, you are actually very rude. When you want to discuss something, there is no need for you to be so rude.

In the case of Iceland, like you said, it was a hedge fund, that was exactly how they support their lavish lifestyle. Since it went bankrupt, they no longer have the means to support so much social programs.

If you look at all these social democratic countries, like France or Germany, they have high debt. The people do not have the motivation to work and the unemployment rate is high. These countries will go bankrupt sooner or later. At least Hong Kong with its big reserves will not.

With Japan having the largest debt-to-GDP ratio among major countries, it will go bankrupt first, then the US, then these socialists European countries like France or Germany. They are all living on borrowed money.
Canada is actually in a relatively good position, even with its big national debt.
