No. i am not living with my parents. with $600,000CAD, you can only buy a 800ft apartment in hk, but u can buy 3000ft single house in vancouver. I have just bought a 2 bedrooms apartment in Richmond with my own money.(my parents didn't help since they don't have the money to help) not a fuking big house, but sure enough for me to live comfortably and very convenient too. the price has gone up more then 10% now.. i may flip to a bigger one later gum law.

my family is very poor. i guess they have spent everything 10 yrs ago. I can save money in Canada ah, cos there is nothing much to spend. how much i make is none of your business. and yes, i use canadian dollars in hk. it is 1:7+ now. very good

none of local my friends in hk can afford to buy a house. most of them haven't finished f.5. their jobs are likely truck driver, taxi driver, sales, waiter or etc. they make no more then hk$10k a month. my parents stop giving me money after i got my 1st part time job at grade 11. but that doesn't matter, i remember they gave me $20 a week.

70% of my friends don't want to come back becos they think canada is a boring place but not a matter of money
