To be fair, please don't criticize "Richmond" or "Aberdeen" only.
I see the same situation in Burnaby Crystal Mall too.

I've seen it the other way though... some mothers used their baby stroller as 開路車﹐no matter how bad the situation or how crowded it is, she would push the baby in between to make room for herself or themselves, sometimes even treat the stroller as a threaten to the driver, with the message:"夠膽就車埋例啦“sort of attitude... A while ago, I went to a store which had a big shoe sale. The store was so crowded and there were a few young moms crazy about trying out shoes, pushing the strollers around narrow but packed with shoppers aisles, left the babies in the strollers. The bottom bag of the strollers became the moms' shopping buggy.
I felt bad for those babies, even I felt chocked as the store was so packed with people no need to say the babies in the strollers were near the ground, with other people squeezing around picking and trying out shoes.. definitely not a safe and healthy place to go with your bb
