I don't think this one will be cheap though...

The chef worked as first cook at  Champion beef noodles house for a year before
moving next door.
Yeah, he was the chef at Hugo on Cambie street for 2 years

Yes, the chef worked at Hyatt HK, some 18 years ago.
And he was the chef at Cat Street then Hugo on Cambie,
Owned More N More then Venus Cafe, Honolulu, Peace restaurant
on Broadway.

I have not been there so I cannot tell.
Raymond Kwan  is a good chef, that is all I can say

昨晚睇祥哥 Concert 前去 ABC Cafe 医肚, 2 個人食咗54蚊 with tax, 我覺得幾揾笨, 叫咗一客蝦多士、酥皮海皇湯、瑞士汁乾炒牛河、乾咖喱手指牛腩飯加2 杯飲品

個場冇物D大裝修, 除了每張卡位有加多1 紅色燈

本Menu 都算有好多 choice, 一些比較 Classic D 既如焗豬扒飯係茄汁加南瓜汁



場內請咗4-5位女Waitress, 服務都算幾 OK, 不過大部份係生手 (new bird)

蝦多士力保不失, 冇炸燶



牛河炒得過燶, 食唔到有瑞士汁味



反而個咖喱乾腩都算幾惹味, 牛腩肉係半肥瘦, 不至鞋口, 但如果D飯可以比多少少就 Perfect 了


下次會試下扒房既水準 up 唔 up to the par
