Fido's Horrible Customer Service

I'm not sure if this was posted before, but does anybody get horrible customer service from fido's call in number? Usually I think they are rude, but I can deal with it...but this "Lindsay" today was really horrible.  She was rude to a point where I just said, "I don't want to talk to you".  Then I called the Chinese customer service and their service was 180 degrees different, 完全冇得比. I think I will call the Chinese line from now on.

Does Rogers have a Chinese customer line?

I get way better service from Fido Chinese Line.  I can almost say Fido Chinese is the best telephone customer service I have encountered so far.

I got 3 different agents hung me up while waiting or transferring today......................... it's Primus.

i think chinese and english fido is rude....
i was so mad talking to them, i hung up on them.
once i called the chinese line, that guy talked back and inch me.

I got good and bad services from both Eng and Chi line...
so I guess it depends on the luck..

我諗睇個人 (CUSTOMER SERVICE REP)﹐RBC 的英文熱線也是很差﹐我曾經遇過非常差的服務﹐特別是信用卡中心﹐簡直嬲到震﹐曾經想馬上轉走晒D戶口添。。。但中文熱線就非常之好﹐唔知係咪中國人做 CSR 一般黎講有禮貌D﹖又或者D西人(特別是白人) 的 CSR一聽見我們的香港 ACCENT 就唔耐煩﹐所以SERVICE 差D﹖
我好惹火。。。

From my frd's exp...Fido's Eng line was worse.

I always choose chinese service if I had a choice.

I never have an issue with Fido CSR, is it because they still route calls to tier 2 CSR based on the pre-determined "value" of the customer like before?
