I just read from an online magazine that Morton's has closed down.

Also the link to make online reservation at Morton's (via opentable) is gone as well.

So 1 less steakhouse to choose from now.

Morton is way over price for what they are serving.  

There are still many good stake house in Vancouver serving Canadian beef

Really?!?! Wow, I was only there 3 weeks ago, and it was quite busy.

The Cannary is shutting down after the Olympics too... the classic Vancouver restaurants are going away

So sad....I haven't tried Morton's. I always either cook steak myself or go to Calgary. Are they really good? Any other ones in Vancouver that can compare to Alberta's steaks?

I haven't been to Morton's neither. They serves US steaks.
Last experience at Gotham was good. Really tasty Alberta steaks. LOL
