If you have to pick between your dream job and your love of a life time, which would you pick? why?

i know a lot of people will say it's not mandatory to pick between the two, but in some cases what if you really have to? e.g. if you have a job that gives u weird hour and you have a bf/gf that cannot tolerate your weird work hours... but that's your dream job and also the love of your life... how would u pick??

dream job & dream lover -> i will pick dream lover, because hard to find/not sure is it exit
dream job & a relationship -> dream job la.  a relationship can/may end no matter you get your dream job or not.
