大廈業主委員(council)撳住搶, 有乜計??

我同我幾個老友都身受其害, 冇哂班友仔符. 眼見大廈D錢惨被陰乾, 年尾實聽夾錢.

唉, 走得走咗啦, 一開波就畀班友搞到座樓cheap哂, d buyers 聽到都驚, 成班業主劈價走, 点出貨丫..

班友係咁攝D自己友入嚟包辦D contracts, 上至委員, 下至保安都畀佢包辦哂, 原來個物業管理都畀佢趕走埋.

if enough owners vote for change management company, can overwrite the council's decision???
i remember someone called my aunt and ask her to go for voting, if she is not available at that time, she can fax back an authorize letter and has someone to represent her.  just because everyone is so sick of the management company

咁我又認為呢樣又唔關管理公司事, 因為佢哋都係 order taker, 冇話事權. 要換咗班"社棍council"先有用.

小心有時 resident manager  都有問題架.....

大廈D錢惨被陰乾....D錢係咪落入班council既 pocket? 可以報警嗎?~
