My bf mom bought this dried 飽魚 edges  from X豐. After she boiled it for soup, it's taste like powder or sticky rice;

What is it?  any idea?



I told her that.. it won't be 飽魚 edges... 'cuz it's big piece with that price?

'cuz my mom bought the dried sliced 飽魚 before.. it's down brown color.. taste chewy .. at least $40

Some kind of giant sea snail.
It is edible and could be tasty, but definitely not abalone
