Isn't Lamborghini Vancouver and Lotus Vancouver just a subsidiary of MCL?

Ferrari & Maserati Vancouver actually will has its new dealership location at Burrard and 3rd.  Their currently location at Venables is so inappropriate since it is a factory area.

I was there today and they had a super cool Lambo on the floor... but still no body would go inside.

I went to Aberdeen on Chinese New Year day, there were so many people in the Lambo store. Some people even took pictures.

Rather they sell anything or not, I think that is a good place to show-case their cars, since there are lots of foot traffic.

I would think the key idea to use that location for promotion purpose.  Maybe they are just taking turns using that space there..!
