Good office presentation.
Good in written and verbal English.
Strong computer skills (knowing access and simply accounting is a plus)
Experience is also a plus.
Will provide training.
Ideally, this person will receive training from the HR manager. As that person grow enough experience, that person will replace the HR manager as the HR manager want to retired. So it's a good opportunity.
This position will responsible for payroll, tender document, WCB, benefit documents, share re-purchase process etc etc.
So you will have a great opportunity to learn new things in different area and if the candidate is hard working and willing to go further, education is not a problem. She will train that person from scratch.
