The class is always challenging and vigorous, but its the after class feeling that makes people coming back. You feel energized, revitalize after class, your body detoxify and your skin feels more smooth.
i do drink tons of water before and after class but i still get crazy migraines.
i mean i do get them from time to time, but after yoga it's pretty much guaranteed... any solutions for that?
i also heard about drinking emergen-c during class, but that's only to help with dehydration, no?
