Cell phone share plan Rogers vs Telus

Just want to get some advice about share plans between Rogers and Telus.
I am looking for a share plan between my wife and myself, and I use just a little bit of data.

Looks like Telus has $50 plan that include 500M data, while Rogers share plan does not include data until the price at $100.
Or did I read something wrong?

Too bad I am still stuck with Rogers contract for a while.
