I am changing my diet now too. My personal trainer suggested me to have more frequent and smaller meals during the day.
- oatmeal with plain soy milk for breakfast or plain yogurt + fruit (no more granola)
- lower fat in my home cooking. (i.e. no chicken skin, use chicken breast instead of dark meat, eat more fish and seafood and lean meat)
- healthy snack through out the day (i.e. celery sticks, plain soy milk, fruits)
- more whole foods, less refine carbohydrate (i.e. brown rice instead of white rice, wholewheat bread which I prefer over white bread anyway)
I ate out last night... felt a bit guilty.
I haven't been counting calories. But I try to watch out fat in my food per day. (she said about 20g for me) |
