In fact, almost every time I go jogging, I pass by a some houses that raises chicken...and I just don't understand...why does 雞啼 at noon? I thought it supposed to be early morning??

Stupid council  wasting our money for stupid programs,
do they even have any idea of sanitation at all?
who is going to clean the chicken house?
hiring the vets?
And building shelters for the strayed chicken,
well, now I've seen everything.
Might as well put a petition for raising snakes for food and leather.
