Had you tried Kanpeki Teppanyaki in Richmond before?
I never tried this before, but my friend told me their price is reasonable (at least cheaper than those in downtown...)

I saw yokohama's ad that they offer jap beef, i tried their dinner sushi lobster combo a couple of years ago and didn't like it.  how's their 和牛 鐵板燒﹖
