Is that a concrete building with air-condition? I used to live in the area and the noise of float planes landing and taking off was unbearable. Esp on weekend mornings in the summer when I had to leave the windows open.

    yep, we've been there and like it, it opens from 10-5 daily.

and yes, the whole area (surrounding Oval) is going to be River Green.

my only concern is, too many mainland Chinese ppl lives there and someone might pee along the street

and yes, it's a concrete building with air-con., however, we will need to open window for fresh air.
