我覺得 Richmond Centre 應該高薪挖角請呢位保安人員返去做保安部阿頭。
個邊可能會減少D珠寶店劫案。

what i think is, they just want to find a place for them to stay and they discovered that Empire is the best one just like DT Vancouver. They know that police will not come and the Mall manager don't care what they are doing there...

See, when they put message that "F the Chinese", if that stairs have no traffic, what is the point to put those messages? They are just "rats" and for sure police said that what they are doing are not hurting anyone.

Vancouver is ______ !

And what is the reason that the kids are staying in Empire but not other chinese mall?

From your points, it seems that if the council did not kick out the previous management team, this event will not be happened?
