I'm not surprised... not to mention a nationality, even a person, when he becomes rich and strong, he would be 咄咄逼人 as well, it's nothing wrong.. very soon China will lead the world, China is not the same China any more, kid...

I feel China is always the same, not much difference.
But I do feel China does show more of their power status when there is a conflict in the politic level.
Either way, it's still much better than US,  US is the most 不謙虛、不容忍,且自以為是 country as of right now.

This is very good for China, to stand up against the US and British bullies.
Little moron Lik, this is not the Ching dynasty. You British empire is no longer what it was.

Is Aaron Kwok the same Aaron Kwok before he comes a super star? Is 成龍 the same  成龍 before he is a 大哥﹖
China should definitely 發揮 her 影響力 if she becomes powerful and govern the world financially... I think it's like a home, when father is the only money earner, he speaks louder, but if your mother works too, they would have almost the same "say"... when you go out to work, you start to have some 'say" in the family, right?

Exactly. China is simply one of the most (if not the most) capitalistic countries in the world right now. If there is no economic incentive for certain actions, they would never do it. If the economic incentives outweight political incentives, they would still proceed with whatever the economic incentives dictate. (This is the case with 釣魚台.)
