【明報專訊】本月中在警局透過視像觀看拘留室兩名女疑犯性行為的4名卑詩省錦碌市(Kamloops)皇家騎警警員，目前正面臨警局的內部紀律調查及刑事調查。同時觀看的另外3名文職員工，也被錦碌市政府調查。

4名錦碌市騎警是在本月18日在警局透過監視錄影機觀看拘留室內兩名女疑犯發生性行為，他們觀看了長達7分鐘，皇家騎警已經於本月23日展開內部紀律調查。當時一同觀看的3名文職員工，也同樣需要接受市政府的內部紀律調查。

皇家騎警卑詩警區發言人希爾茲(Tim Shields)(圖)稱，調查員已取得監房與守衛室的監視錄影副本，可以很清楚的看到，哪些人看了該段造愛過程，還有看了多久。

兩女犯來拘留所「醒酒」

希爾茲表示，那兩名女監犯是在兩個無關的場合中，因為在公眾場合罪酒鬧事被捕，彼此並不認識。通常警方不會把兩名監犯置於同一個監房中，但由於這兩名女犯是來「醒酒」，才把兩人關在一起。

他強調，只要性行為雙方同意，監所並無明文禁止犯人在獄中進行性行為；主要問題是，這兩名犯人的酒醉程度，是否能夠做出法律要求的「同意」。「我們有責任不讓她們(監犯)受傷，這包括在醉酒的情況下進行性行為。」plus they were protected tim!!! What a crazy govt.!!!!!

除紀律調查，錦碌警方重案組和騎警的E分隊(E Division)也對事件中的4名警員和3名錦碌市政府員工展開刑事調查。

兩名發生性行為的女疑犯各因不同事件而被警方拘捕。有消息指其中一名女疑犯染有愛滋病，但警方以私隱為由拒絕證實。

涉及此案的4名警察，分別為一名警官及3名警員，其中該名警官為20年警務資歷的「老差骨」，案發時為輪值指揮官，目前已經調往文職。3名警員分別擁有1年、2年、及7年的資歷，暫時未有職位調動。

Look... they can got drunk (drink alchole), make love, play NDS, browse internet... it's better than resort.. and it is FREE... no wonder our prisons are so attractive to those who has no job & no home, it's way better than being a jobless homeless person at the street

    you might be right.... first error is, why they allow ppl have sex in the prison? prison is like a public area, no door no privacy... just like, do you allow ppl making love in a supermarket? if they do it in supermarket and that supermarket has a surveillence camera, nobody can be blamed for watchingit... as camera is supposed to record everything happened in there, so nothing wrong to be watched... yep, CP you're right....
