    I was thinking that too?  How to eat the 4.2 carat diamond in the sushi?  And if its really 4.2 carat diamond, wouldn't it cost more $$?  Regardless, only crazy ppl will eat this!  it doesn't even look good.

I think you can digest portion of the pearl, but certainly not the diamond...

Hopefully those diamonds are crafted to have less sharp edges, otherwise it will be quite painful in your digestive system.

I can tell there're some values hiding inside the poo...
