the news is about the murder had killed alot of hookers last year and put those body in coquitlam or something..

I would like which part or area in coquitlam, then I won't find the townhouse there.. 'cuz I'm still looking for townhouse to move.. I had already checked at least 30 townhouses past 5 days..

there's only poco, coq or bby that I can afford..

so.. please tell me which area is it?

at least $400,000 for 15 yrs old townhouse... from 1000 sq. ft. to 1500 in coq area..

poco area is way better.. I checked out few this morning.. from 1500 to 2000 sq ft. with nice area between $380,000 to $420,000 with 3 bedroom, 2 full and 1 half bathroom .. with double garage too.. not bad

but in burnaby area.. not much selection under $400,000 ... they either look old, too small, or don't have garage, most of them are open parking or 1 carport only

I made some notices after I look at the houses.. if you need more informations .. I can send u some

someone told me it's happen right beside Carnoustie golf course.. you can see 2 blue color area right beside that golf course.. is it that place? after my friend told me it's happen in that place.. I feel scare whenever I check those townhouses which's near that area.. I will close the map right away.. it's look and feel scary to me..

so that's why I had rejected alot of townhouses in that area from my realtors..

I would like double comfirm is it truth or not in here..  

but u are telling me it's around poco's costco's area.. so.. where's about it?

if my friend is not truth then I can check out those townhouses next week..

20min walk from my house

It's a nice area though. The area is full of <12 year old houses and townhouse. I am among the first to move into this newly developed area. Good thing just like other newer areas, is there isn't any spider web (power lines) when you look out. Everything is new in this area.
