Reward for information on fatal arson
VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - A $10,000 reward is being offered for information on a deadly Vancouver arson that happened two years ago.
Police say Willene Wah Ying Chong was sleeping when an arsonist set fire to her home on East 55th Avenue, on September 11th, 2008.
The 77-year old died in the fire, becoming the city's 15th homicide victim of 2008. She had lived in the house for over 36 years.
