What should I do next with Canada Custom ? Custom, next, Canada, What

Hi guys & gals

I ordered something from ebay from Indonesia with registered air mail. The packaged was stucked at Canada Custom for inspection since Oct 15, 2010. Already talked to Canada Post, they cannot help. So what should I do next ?

Of course it's nothing to do with Canada Post cuz they already finished their job. Maybe you should talk to Canada Custom and try to find out what is happening.

Go to the Custom's office where nearby the airport, have your package's # or even the copy of receipt. Those offices there should able to help you.

If you can, give them a call to find out whether they can help you or not before you go.

Inspections could take a month, caz they need to open (yours is not the only one), inspect, seal... so... be patient.

packages from "high risk" countries are checked more often than others

What on earth are you buying?  I don't think there is much you can do but wait.  

I know when crossing border with ebay package, they will ask for for the ebay item number, so that they can verify the declared value.
