My former boss made $6 M profit from a business sales
without paying tax(declared bankrupcy and divorced).
I know many people making lot of money, but seldom managed
to save 70%. You're genius, I meant it.

One main reason of many typical cases for people still living with parents is because they don't need to pay for rent and thus they can save up more money faster. LOL

of course it's bullshxt
but some ppl can easily save 70% or more

the principle part of your mortgage should not be counted as an expense though
you are just saving in a different way
