The video is obviously a college-humour type of thing. From the video, it didn't seem like anyone was forced against his will to take part in it, and everything was done in a tongue-in-cheek sort of way. Had it been produced by students in college, most people would probably just get a kick out of it and laugh it off. Heck, I'm sure a lot of us have acted and done the same or similar stupid shxt ourselves as well.

Note that I am not saying it wasn't stupid of the Commander to put together a video like that. In particular, it just wasn't a politically smart move at all. It's just that under a slightly different light, nothing in the video would have been considered offensive at all.

As a combat veteren, Military guys to stupid things to pass the time. Its just that, passing the time. Don't expect combat solider to be politically correct all the time. If you have not served or have not been in combat you wil not ever understand.

Right -- I entirely believe that you are our pure, golden boy that has never done any wrong, that you've never tried to pull any stupid prank, and that you did things that you certainly thought was fun at the time, but are considered to be stupid by the others (or even by yourself) later.
