a lot of shanghainese restaurants have this on their dessert menu.
I am not sure this answers your question.
Or do you want to get some "instant 酒釀丸子" from supermarket? I don't think the instant version exist.

Buy some quality frozen dumplings,
get some wine lye from T & T, cook dumplings in water until float,
add crystal sugar to taste, add 1/4 cup wine lye, and some eggwhites;
stir to boil. Ready to serve
