1. GEORGE STREET, ST. JOHNS, N.L.

And each summer the street comes alive with live outdoor music during the George Street Festival (July 28 to Aug. 2 this year)."

George Street in St. John's, Newfoundland has the most pubs and bars per square foot of any street in North America, and it is the place to be any night of the week.
