I have a 2009 Honda Jazz scooter for sale
great for beginners or those that want to zoom around town beating traffic.

Only has 3794 Km's on it almost like brand new!

I've changed the oil and winterized it myself the past 2 years that I've had it
Runs great, no problems
Never been dropped or scratched.

Do I need to obtain a separate driver license for this? I only have a class 5 license.

class 5 is good enough for a 50 cc or below scooter.  so no problem.
