減肥問題

我而家努力地減緊肥, 但係有一個問題, 就係經常有入無出...
即係我早餐有食奇異果啦, 晚餐主菜都係蔬菜類, 有時lunch 都會加個蘋果,
有飲最少八杯水架, 盡可能每日都有運動, 但係去toilet 方面, 就唔係日日有.....
會唔會係我食得太少? 點先可以去得好d?

Did you try prune juice? In my opinion it's effective.

try multi-grain for your rice/bread  (or you don't consume carbs at all?)

i eat two slices of cobb's bread cape seed every morning, it definitely helps digestion:

Take a good living habit, learn how to relax, and having some abdomen exercises...
Or maybe, you just sit too much...

我其實好肥你睇唔出咋~ 我又成日著鬆身衫...
同埋趁未有full time job, 有d 時間, 咪減下囉

ee...? 未飲過wor... 其實唔係好知咩味... 會唔會好苦/甘/難入口?
有機會見到+記得既話, 我會買來試下...

    我諗你真係食唔夠纖維,其實除咗食多啲穀類(例如食oatmeal, quinoa...),坊間有好多suppliments都幫助排便。

有啲人話食生木瓜籽會刮腸,又有人話榨蔬菜汁方便排毒。

另外我自己飲湯就會好似直落咁一飲完就屙... 我唔知你飲得多唔多湯水。

呢d 自己知自己事啦~~ 我已經唔係靚女, 再肥落去, 仲得了既...

我知, 不過真係好少好少飲, 所以唔記得咩味....

其實我盡可能都唔想靠suppliments....
湯水基本上係零... 我自己一個人住, 懶+唔識(亦唔多方便)煲...
突然諗起鴻福堂果d自家湯... 呢度有無d 類似既野架...?
