I hv both ...  end up still using the Note ..  S3 collecting dust with iPhones .. lol

I think S3 is the perfect size overall, and can fit in almost all kind of pockets (jeans/pants/suit)

Just to me, for reading comic, Bible, email and browsing internet with one hand, size for Note is perfect ..  will get Note 2 once the LTE is out ... (even I don't know what is LTE .. lol)

well you have a stylus for the notes to write or draw too.....

other than that I think it's just the size
depends on if you want big or small

I have lots my pen for the Note .. since first month .. (with 3 yr old) .. other my son was using it ..  I don't use it at all.

Overall, I think the S3 is a better looking, better phone ..  just that I am lazy to learn again ...  from OS4/5 to jelly bean or ice cream something ..

haha I'll have LOTS more to learn if I get a smart phone...I'm not even using a smart phone yet hahah still using something antique....just thinking I might need to change because of school but not sure yet
