Starting Feb. 15, 2013, and over the next five years, most British Columbians will be required to replace their CareCard with the new BC Services Card by renewing their enrolment in the Medical Services Plan.
they replaced colorful care card into BC services card ( same look as the new driver license )
or
you can implant the carecard info into your driver license with no extra charge
