I would like to share some good staff from Hong Kong, as I ordered can of cookies via internet from Francesca and Giovanni bakery, with the following site :

my order was placed at early May, and I received the cookies the last week of the Month with half can of cookies are smashed to pieces, powder like. So, my idea to present it as gift is tossed.

I gave feedback to the bakery at Hong Kong.

Today I received my second can of cookies they promised. Besides finger licking good taste, I interpreted the service is superior.

Two thumbs up ! Super !

ohhh this is like....another bakery which sells canned cookies and they are mouth watering too!
i want to try this one too...!

and how much was shipping??

The following is what the bakery replied prior to my order :

Combo Tin Box Cookies (200g net weight) - USD$7.00/per box
Shipping and Handling Charge (by regular post service) - USD$9.25/per box (for order under 6 nos. boxes)
Shipping and Handling Charge (by regular post service) - USD$8.50/per box (for order over 6 nos. boxes)

yup. in my case, I e-mail Gloria and once you get confirmation and pay via PAY PAL, then wait for roughly 10 working days ... then you should the can of cookies

What type of flavours do they have? It is not that clear from their website.

then click hyper-link "Click to Open Cookie news" in red. Then scroll down the pop up, you will see "assorted cookies HKD 50 a can ". I would try to translate the list of choices as :

(1) butter cookie molded like a big heart
