local English course for HK visitor..where? how? visitor, course, local, English

hi, a cousin of mine from hk wants to come over here and take a short-term English course(about 3 months to half a year) which is fun with lots of activities and chance to practice/improve her English skill.

just wondering can i help her find this type of courses?

also, can she come in as a tourist with her HK passport or does she needs to apply for a study permit??

i think if study no longer than 6 months, u dont need a study permit...but better double check lo
