My bf and I r celebrating our 1 year anniversary this Wed..
We were going to go Shiru-Bay at Yaletown..
But it seems like they're moving...

Does anyone know anywhere else in Downtown that's nice??
Maybe not semi-formal..but just nicer~
Not too too expensive tho but good food~

Help help!

the 2nd floor one...

not bad.. nice view and good food
