Anyone know for people who're flying to Vancouver (from other parts of Canada) to transfer to international (ie. HK), during the waiting time for transfer.... they can come out of the waiting area right? So...that would mean they'll come right out to where usually people go pick ppl up at Domestic area right? or would it be international area??

As well, anyone know what's the procedure in getting back into the "waiting area" when their transfer flight is almost time? after coming out.

they must NOT walk thru the transfer channel, but come out thru domestic arrivals. you can catch them on 3rd floor just before the esclators goin down to 2nd floor (baggage carousels)...where the security guard sits.  when they go back for their international flight just go thru the D-gates as if you were departing locally from yvr, thru security, and find their boarding gate.
