１。但申請書只有大會堂及紅棉路選擇，豈不能於九龍註册？
２。有首選及次選日期選擇，抽中機會大嗎？

I think you can reserve the date and time online thru esd website.. you can reserve the space 3 months in advance... in order to secure the space...just go online right at 8am (HK time) (90 days in advance) to reserve it.
