I just thought I'd comment today about that subject, since I went to Kingmark Currency Exchange in Burnaby @ Crystal Mall, and the lady there wasn't very nice about it. I spoke to them in English and I had a piece of paper with the amount I have along with the amount it should have been exchanged to via their website www.kingmark.ca. Plus I told them, this was on your website, but it might have changed, so please gimmie your current rate. The lady there talked to me in English, but she made all her comments in Chinese. She's not going to pay attention to the rate that's was previously on the website, how I keep on showing her the paper (but that was because I had how much I needed on there), saying to her co-worker he's dead (something about the rate paper I had), etc. First of all, on behalf of the many many Asians living in the lower mainland, just because we're speaking in English, does not mean we don't understand the language you're speaking. So, if you want to make any comments that would annoy people off, it's best to keep it to yourself until the customer in front of you leaves.

haha....well at least she's not saying this behind your back but in front of you...so thank her for that...LOL

everybody said something behind people's back at some point in their lives...so either it's right in your face or not, does it really matter?  just think of her as untrained then makes you happier...
