i was so mad! very tau gong gam niu!
the lobster we ordered had half of a normal size claw and 1/2 very tiny claw. So, not only it's obvious that the claws don't match, we were missing 1 claw. I asked the waitress, she said may be it's handicapped. I insisted she talks to the manager. She then loudly with an attitude to the manager: "That no. 22 table said the lobster is missing a claw wor!" with eyes rolling! WTF!
I talked to the manager after. Politely, i said maybe it was an honest mistake coz the cooks probably cook more then one order together and parts of them got mixed up. He said they would no way cook more than one order at a time! He went to get us bits and pieces to make up for it after. Obviously, was ripped off from another customer's dish that are not noticable if missing! But still, I said politely, thank you Mr. Lee.
Also, the menu said we get dessert. When asked, the waitress said the other tables ordered $300 meal and we ordered the $100 one so we don't get dessert! WTF! We had only 4 ppl but it was a sharkfin meal combo. Obviously, we won't order the $300 one for 10 ppl la! We pointed out the menu to another manager after. He brought back the dessert all broken and out of shape (These are smile mouth dates).
All the poor service and let alone having to wait 20 mins when reservation was made.
