but ya.. the quality had been bad....     it was pretty ok years ago..   before they renovated and expanded.

honolulu in richmond was very very very bad, and it closed down long ago.

the one on main street is quite good, none of the waitresses sound like they are from china(even if they are, they provide good service).  my coworkers(local white dude, and korean) and i would drive down there for lunch from downtown.
